Young Living Compensation

We all LOVE getting paid, right?? 

Below is a SIMPLE explanation about YL Comp Plan!

WHAT IN THE WORLD DOES THIS MEAN??!! That is EXACTLY what I said when I first saw this! So let's break it down!

PV = Personal Volume. Each item has a PV amount. For example, a bottle of Lavender that is worth $23.50 Wholesale and has a PV of 23.5. Not every item has the PV the same as the listed price, so watch for that! You can see the PV worth of an item after you add it to your cart.

Distributor = When you spend 50 PV per month, that gives you the ability to receive compensation to those who you Sponsor and Enroll. You need to spend only 100PV per month to receive compensation to your further "downline/level". I.E. You sign up Sally, Sally signs up Jim. When you spend 50PV/mo. receive comp. for Sally. When you spend 100PV, you get comp from Sally and Jim! (NOTE: Sally should ONLY sign someone up if she spends 50PV/mo. to get her commission. Otherwise, if Sally doesn't plan on turning this into a business to get comp, Sally needs to refer Jim to YOU!)

So how much do I get?  Young Living has a Unilevel Compensation Plan.  The more you share and teach people how to share, the more $$ you make! People on your Level 1 are the people YOU sign up. You are their Sponsor & Enroller. People on your Level 2 are those who are Sponsored by people on your Level 1, and so forth.  Level 1, you get 8% of all their purchases! Level 2, you get 5%, and the remaining 3 levels, you get 4%. 

If someone in your Level 1 wants to sign up a person and earn comp., they become the Sponsor AND Enroller, and you receive 10% of your Level 2's purchases the first 3 months before it changes to 5%. 

When you sign up someone as a Distributor (they purchase a Premium Starter Kit), you get 25% of ALL their purchases the first 3 months!! PLUS you also earn a $25 Start Living Bonus! So- Share, Share, Share!

When you sign someone as a Retail Customer (this is the customer who DOES NOT buy a Premium Starter Kit), you need to spend 100PV/mo in order to receive 24% of each order they make.

Oils and Your New Baby

Some Mommies may have a lot of questions as to whether or not essential oils are safe for their baby. With some simple wisdom, essential oils are a great natural way to share with your little one!

Another question that I personally had was if I could use essential oils during and post labor. Here is some excellent information I found:

Lavender Essential Oil-  Use the one-and-only Lavender to count on to promote relaxation and a calming atmosphere. Lavender can also ease any muscle tension you experience. You may also diffuse it to have the calming aroma fill your room for you and your baby.

Frankincense Essential Oil- Inhale Frankincense to help calm your emotions. This wonderful oil can also be rubbed on your lower back or tummy to ease any discomfort. Frankincense can also aid in the healing process. 

Helichrysum Essential Oil- Helichrysum essential oil is great to use on your perineum during delivery to increase skin elasticity.  You can just use a small amount of helichrysum with a carrier oil and rub it on. This is great to use in combination with a ginger compress on your perineum.

Peppermint Essential Oil- Peppermint is a wonderful oil to use to ease nausea. You can also massage it on your lower back to help with back labor.

Myrrh Essential Oil- By inhaling Myrrh, you can encourage the progression of natural labor. Myrrh is also helpful to help your baby's umbilical cord remove faster.

Clary Sage Essential Oil- Clary Sage can be used for a variety of reasons. You may put a few drops on your inner ankles to keep labor moving along at a normal pace. Clary Sage is also used to aid labor discomfort.  

Rose Essential Oil- This lovely oil is very relaxing and helps soften ligaments, which allows your pelvis to expand in order for your baby to easily pass through. Use a few drops in a nice bath or apply it to your lower back for more comfort. 

Jasmine Essential Oil- Jasmine is a very helpful labor oil as it evokes feelings of joy, peace, and self-confidence. As well as some previously mentioned oils, it can soothe discomfort and contribute to normal labor. This lovely oil is also helpful for a lower back massage. 

I hope you find this help as I have! Being on my third pregnancy, I have a pretty good idea of which oils I think would be best for me. I cannot wait to try them out!

My Story

I am currently working on a "My Story" video. In the mean time, I want to share my story in writing. I hope this encourages and inspires you to live for something Greater, to take steps in owning your health, and to be the best you for the sake of yourself and others. 

I thank you in advance for reading! 

My story begins when I was 17 years old. I am now 28, and I see God's Providence all around me as I look back on my journey. As a junior in high school, I was caught up in my social life, making decisions about college and trying to maintain a Christian walk... I failed miserably. I perhaps only failed in my Christian walk, but everything else was pretty much how I wanted it. Good grades, countless friends, accepted into my first choice of college (University of Oklahoma... BOOMER!). But, something was missing, and I knew it.

It was fall of 2005, my parents were looking to join a new church. My father, Paul, new a woman at his job who was a member of Real Church- a brand new, small church that was held in a library room. My first visit, I knew I had found something incredible- something that I used to know very well, but through division and choices, got separated from. People were actually excited and passionate about Jesus! What?! Shouting, clapping hands,  boldly speaking the Word... what was it that made this little church so powerful?

Long story short, my parents and I (because I had no choice...thank goodness) joined Real Church. I began to restore my relationship with God and old patterns and sin began to strip off with every forward step I took. Shortly after we joined, we moved to a building in downtown Tulsa (this was after a few other locations). It was at this location where my future husband, Michael, would show up. Mind you, I am 17 or 18 years old, so this was a stepping stone! I was on the worship team playing bass guitar (still am after 11 years!) and Michael noticed me while I was on stage. Then, that journey began.

After high school graduation, I ended up going to Oral Roberts University. I needed to stay in town because I just could not be uprooted out of Real Church. My life was changing so much so rapidly for the better, that I just couldn't leave. A couple years later, Michael, also joined ORU. Our friendship strengthened through trials and celebrations, and we finally began dating my 3rd year. We married in October 2012! Thank you, Jesus!

Some of you might be saying- what does this have to do with oils? I promise, it all comes together. 

We have been married over 4 years, and from the time of us joining Real Church to now, we have held many responsibilities and have become Deacons to be trained for more. The Vision of Real Church is to plant 400 churches and raise up 1600 ministers. Within that vision are many programs, outreaches, education opportunities... you name it, we probably do it... with a small group of people too! Here is a list of some things we do:

• Liberty Mill- producing organic flour to help people begin healthy eating habits
• True Foundations- a homeschool using the Noah Plan, based on the Principle Approach
• Tulsa Homeschool Choir and Art- Various choir and art classes for homeschool students 
• The Final Word- television
• Capitals Tour- Apostle Scott Lovett and Prophet John Holler have been traveling to every United States capital, delivering letters to our leaders and praying that God will transform the hearts of men in our government

We also have future goals, like owning farmland and a ministry home to train others in need on how to take care of themselves. 

Real Church's vision is to bring God back into our lives, homes, and nation. 

Being involved with the Vision has made me more aware of how I need to treat my temple- my body. I am a willing vessel to be used by God, and I am convicted to take care of what the Lord has given me. I want to eat right, raise my 3 children in a healthy home, and get away from all the fake food and medicine that ruins your body physically, mentally, and spiritually. 

Young Living was a way for me not to only begin essential oils for myself, but to make it a business so I can help grow this Vision. I believe I am using the very creation of God to take care of my health and I want to share that with every person with whom I come in contact! My husband and I have goals to pay off debt and make an income to pour in finances to something we firmly believe. Would you help me meet these goals? As you can see, my purpose for working hard is to move the Kingdom of God forward. I am not doing this for self gain- life has much more purpose than self. I desire to help people become better, to be a light in the dark, to make an impact!
